Gleb Rysanov, is Head of Legal Department of Ukrainian-American Joint Venture "Trais," Ukraine. Over the years he has worked with major international trade finance banks, exporters, and importers on various legal issues surrounding trade finance, shipping, insurance, and freight forwarding. U.A.J.V. Trais is a FIATA associated member operating in major Black Sea ports.
